History
Unique from other firms, The Wills & Trusts Firm, LLP is a boutique practice where we deliver a careful level of service and attention to each client’s needs. We help people determine their financial plans, and then we draft clear, binding documents to protect their wishes.
When young children are involved, our clients are assured that the right people will become guardians or trustees and that those fiduciaries will have appropriate guidance. Clients who have children with special needs, children of a prior marriage, or same-sex partners also benefit from specifically tailored provisions.

Meet Our Team

George Bischof
Managing Attorney
After graduating Amherst College in 1989 and Yale Law School in 1993, George did challenging, interesting, lucrative lawyering in a few Big Law firms in New York (and picked up a tax LL.M. at NYU Law). He learned a lot, but it wasn’t really his thing, so he moved to investment banking in 2000. For five years, he sourced and structured domestic and cross-border sale-leasebacks (ask him sometime!), learning how to get business, structure/close deals, and book the fees, all while managing a P&L within his group. But with declining interest rates, tax law changes, and consolidation of the banking sector, by 2005 it was time to move on. Then he found his true passion: creating estate plans for families through his own law firm. Entrepreneurial, expert, experienced – all in plain English. The challenge and rewards of running a small business his own way (flat fees for clients!) while doing something that he loves: using my expertise and experience to help people get something they want and need: wills and trusts.
